ABOUT US

Established in 2007, Dalian KSK Foundry is a subsidiary of FULLTON MACHINERY GROUP, located in Dalian, China. It is a well-established and highly regarded manufacturer of raw and machined castings in ductile iron, grey iron and carbon steel. We have separate teams of engineers for tooling development, process development for production planning and control of casting / forging, machining, quality assurance and packing / forwarding. KSK provides professional and complete integrated services for machining castings. and offer proprietary material grades with enhanced mechanical and metallurgical properties for most demanding of service conditions. Our ductile iron capacity can reach 20,000 tons/year; gray iron capacity 10,000 tons/year; carbon steel capacity 10,000 tons/year.

    KSK Foundry is equipped with imported precision inspection equipment and stringent testing procedures. We use advanced CMM, spectrometers, and ultrasonic flaw detectors to ensure high-precision quality checks at every production stage, guaranteeing our products meet the highest standards.

    KSK have various pouring pits 8 and the maximum size is 20m×7.5m×4.5m, more than 3000 ton moulding flasks in various sizes .Equiped with 20 t/h sand mixer  6 sets. Using furan resin process.

Technical Information
The technical design and development capability of cast iron and cast steel is in the high-level in the large casting field. Adopting advanced MAGMA simulation software in assisting process design, process of all the products in KSK are simulated before production.
There are 21 R&D and technical engineers, i.e. 5 master degree in technology, 4 senior engineers,（including 1 getting national allowance ） KSK is capable of process design for iron/steel castings of different materials with various complexity.
